A TRUE LEADER! After watching this clip, reflect for some minutes and answer: Which human values can you witness in this situation? What antivalues can you identify in the first part of the video? What or who represents each of them?
In this video I can see respect, constancy, friendship, tolerance, and contribution. In the begining of the video the poeple don´t do anything to move the tree, people were egoist and when start to rain everyone were looking protection. The kid that were school uniform represent the constancy and contribution, people after reflect represent respect, constancy, friendship, tolerance, and contribution when help the kid to move the tree.
In the video I saw values like collaboration, cooperation, friendship, gratitude, peace, perseverance, respect for others, service and tolerance.
In the begining of the video I saw people were indifference, egoist, disrespectful and vehement, but when they looked the child's behavior, they changed and after they reflected collaboration, cooperation, gratitude, peace, respect for others, service and tolerance all these just because the child reflected perseverance, friendship and brave and with that he changed the attitude of those people.
The video is a good way to show good and bad values. At the beginning people were selfishness because they didn´t care about the things that were going on around they, they just showed indifference. Then, when the kid started to move the tree, people saw him and went to help, in this moment people showed good values as service, respect for others, optimism, generosity, collaboration and cooperation.
I think, we don´t have to wait that other do what we should do. Everyday we should practice good values, not because someone else is doing it, we should do it because we want to be good with ourself and have a better world
What a beautiful video! Well, at the beginning of the situation I could tell several values such as, challenge, leadership, hard work, team work, love, generosity, wisdom, self-reliance, responsibiities, goodness, and many others. Antivalues, selfishness, egoism and no respect for the community.
In my opinion the antivalues were committed by adults. Especially the police officers who were inside the car and didn't want to do anything for the community. The good values were represented by the child. Nothing like the love and innocence of a child, they're so pure and kind! And of course after all see the child's behavior the rest of society who were there joined to help him. Values are so important in every man, every woman, every child that we should practice them minutely.
Is a great video and shows many values such as unity, solidarity, friendship and perseverance, but the beginning is showed negative values. people were pessimistic to see an obstacle on the road and cared only for themselves, were selfish and give up, but the boy proved that no matter the problem, if you have security, hope and conviction you can with everything.
The child was the inspiration, the other children friendship and teamwork, then adults cooperated to avert the obstacle and everything changed.
I can saw at the begging of the vedeo some antivalues such as: individualism,selfishness,ignorance...! Also there were some Human values like: Friendship, hard work, teamwork, solidarity. I think that the little kid was the guide to everyone aroud, because don't matter how bigger was the tree he decided to make the diference.
At the beginning of the story people were very indifferent and they showed an attitude of egoism individualism and intolerance with the situation in the community, in other words lack of motivation but the child felt a special feeling to help the others and he was motivated to move that trunk, He was the guide of the rest of children and adults. With a perseverant attitude he changed that situation.
Thanks to him the community were motivated and moved that trunk but he was the inspiration to achieve it. Be yourself in a bad society and show your true face!
Some values I can see in the video are: Bravery and leadership (shown by the schoolboy who started to try to move the tree) Solidarity and union (all the people who went to help him) Perserverance and service also shown by the little boy because he was trying to help all those people stuck in the traffic jam. Some antivalues are obviously the selfishness shown by the first men that were going to move the tree, because as soon as it started to rain they ran away because they only cared for themselves. Another antivalue that I could see was impatience, all the people at the beggining just sat there in the traffic jam, impatient just wanting someone else to come and fix their problem.
I can perceive in this video values such as cooperation, humility, collaboration, support, perseverance, solidarity and love at the end of it.
In the first part I can perceive anti-values such as irresponsibility (police) disrespect, arrogance, selfishness, pride, social intolerance, divisionism ,prejudice and Inequality of all the people who did nothing until the child began to move the tree.
The world changes when you change. if you leave things to others and do not give ourselves the first step never advance.
At the beginning of the story, the video showed us some negative values such as: individuality and selfishness which didn´t let people take a good decision about the situation that they were having in their community, but after that we could saw some good values in the story such as: friendship, perseverance, intuition, cooperation, generosity, optimism, hard work, teamwork, trust etc. The boy had a big MOTIVATION began to push the tree by himself. However he knew that he couldn´t do it only by himself and the others boys helped him with TEAMWORK and the rest of people had CONNECTION and COOPERATION with them and everybody could change the negative situation to POSITIVE SITUATION.
Is a beautiful video and I can see some values such as: Friendship, generosity, collaboration, cooperation, respect, hard work, teamwork and unity. However, at the beginning of the story people were indifferent and they showed a negative values such as: individuality, selfishness, egoist about the situation that they were having in their community. I think that the little kid was the guide because he began to push the tree by himself and after the others boys helped and cooperated to solve the problem.
The human values in the video are persistence that is representated by the kid who is also brave, collaborator. At the beginning of the video people showed selfishness, individualism, and so on.
In the video, I saw several values and antivalues at the beginning of the video, people didn't care this situation and they did things for their convenience and they show antivalues such as , egoist, disrespectful and others but the child shows several values such as (respect, unity, hard work, and other ) that all people could see and think about their behavior and they changed this behavior, I think in sometimes someone have to remember what really matter in the life !
The video is a beautiful example of values and anti-values. At the beginning it shows anti values like individualism, egoism and indifference, people did not do anything because no want to wet themselves with rain. The boy tries to find a solution and he makes people help. There are values like cooperation, determination, friendship, hard work, initiative, persistence, teamwork. The video show that an only person can change the way of thought and actions of many people.
Good material for discussion. This video shows the famous maxim: "L'union fait la force", "unity makes strength" in its English version. Above all, the cast system in India makes people relationships extremely difficult but cooperation and mutual assistance are great values no matter our nationality, our color, our creed.
indeed, an inspiring leader. In spite of the difficult conditions visible and invisible he manages to bring people together to accomplish something that seemed impossible to achieve to the skeptical, pessimistic and individualist.
For me, in the first part of the video it was shown the chaos that can take place when everybody expects others to solve a specific situation. Then, we can see how a leader makes the first move and others join him to cooperate. That is a prove that a good leader is not the strongest one, but the one who can make everybody work together for a common objective.
At the beginning of the video, there was a big problem on the street because there was a tree just in the middle, and everybody was worried or angry with each other. They were selfish worrying about themselves without taking into account the rest of the people. However, it started to rain and a kid went to the tree and tried to move it trying to solve the problem. Suddenly, people came one by one to the tree and helped the kid until they finally moved it away. At the end, they showed some values such as solidarity, collaboration, effort and persistence working as a group to accomplish the goal.
Elizabeth Alvarez. This video shows how people reacts different depending on their values and ways of thinking. At the beginning everything was a chaos, everyone thinking on themselves and when the kid starts trying to do something by himself some others realize that they needed to actually do something, so they started helping out. It shows inspiration, motivation, teamwork, cooperation, tolerance but it also shows indifference and selfishness.
In this video I can see respect, constancy, friendship, tolerance, and contribution.
